Staffing Related Section
Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
I've been with the server long enough to know how to enforce the rules of the server, be a friendly face to everyone and keep my independence when it comes down to making important decisions. I know for sure that common sense is a thing that's needed for the staff team, which isn't a problem for me.
I also find that other teams aren't necessarily my thing, the EC team primarily, so maybe a chance of pace like moderation rather than event making is my thing.
I also plan to strive and get far in the team so I can contribute my expertise the best I can. I have a lot of free time on my hands so I can be active as well. I want to provide a good environment for people to roleplay in and frankly make more friends, networking type stuff.
I also already hang around with a lot of staff anyhow, and I've learnt off what they do through my visual observations so I don't see an issue with being in this team and not knowing much. I know how to differ between different situations, I can read the room pretty well and determine what to say in order to keep things civil.
Why should we accept you into the staff team?
As I stated above, I show independence often, can keep a level-head, knowing what line of work I do in real life, I can just apply my knowledge and skills from that to here, I'm a good observer and can diffuse situations properly. I just want to make sure people have a good time and inform people about the rules respectfully rather than enforcing it like a dictator.
What staffing experience do you currently have?
Aside from being staff for here-and-there communities in different games or social communities (Discord/Game communities) for a total of 6 years, not much.

Define RDM:
Random Deathmatch. Basically killing someone for no reason in roleplay.
Define Metagame:
Taking out of character information into in character.
Define NLR:
New Life Rule is the rule where you may not exit your spawn until your presented timer is up.
Define FailRP:
Someone makes a realistically impossible action. e.g "/me lifts a truck."
Situation-based Questions Section
I'd warn player Y for RDM since that is what happened but also have a stern but still respectful talk to player X regarding the use of his language so the situation never happens again and that they're informed.
Even despite it being in a greeting manner, Player B still said a slur that is not allowed on the server, but considering how it wasn't maliciously used, it would likely be a very stern verbal warning, and that if it happens again, it will be a warn.

Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do? |

During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server.
