In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):

SCP-267-A and SCP-267-B are two separate entities. SCP-267-B is always kept in the Euclid wing of the HCZ zone and constantly tries to copy people and reunite with its brother, SCP-267-A. SCP-267-A is not contained and breaks in by taking the skin and identity of victims so he can get closer to SCP-267-B. Both are immune to FearRP. Their main goal is to trick as many people as possible and hurt or maim them while trying to reach each other. Since they are Sarkic SCPs, they sometimes take part in Sarkic rituals. They try to act like the people they copy, but they are not perfect at it. Their movements and speech can seem strange or unnatural, making them feel like a doppelganger. This is how you can tell them apart from normal humans. Other than being immune to FearRP, they have no special abilities and are just as easy to kill as a regular human.
