In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):

SCP-131-A/B are a pair of teardrop-shaped anomalies that are incredibly fast, but not as agile. They consistently bump into things and are very whimsical. With the most recent update however, they have taken on a more informational role. While these little fellas cannot speak and only say "meep," they can solo out targets and ping locations for anybody and everybody to see. They also have the very evil ability to bowl themselves into people, ragdolling anybody. These anomalies are unable to participate directly in combat, but can defiantly sneak around and act as little informants by pointing out people or anomalies of interest.

This anomaly cannot breach, meaning it cannot be maintained.

This anomaly cannot breach, however one can either do a Str vs Agi. roll or offer eye drops.

This anomaly cannot breach, and as such has no recontainment procedures

This SCP can be damaged and therefore terminated via weapons. This mostly happens because the Chaos Insurgency are full of hate towards these little whimsical guys.
