In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
SCP-912 is made up of various police equipment,body armor,and clothing which is formed together by a discrete entity that is able to move and interact. It has no known way of skeaping but it is able to understand basic English and commands issued to those in official American Police uniforms. The Uniform floats mid air as it is being worn by a 6 '1 man or woman, even though no one seems to be wearing it. 912 can be given an arrest command if the person is in a police uniform and will go and attempt to arrest the person.

912 was given to the TIU by the GOC as such it doesn't have any maintenance procedures.

If SCP-912 needs to be reconatined it will follow the orders by those in law enforcement uniforms or those that are identified as Captain,NOC,or Enlisted. It can also be fooled into following orders.
