In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
| SCP-049 is a humanoid individual that wears an outfit resembling that of a mid to late 1500s plague doctor. It consists of a black robe covering his entire body, black woolen gloves, and a long beaked plague mask. 049 can speak and has full consciousness of what is happening and where he is. When not aggravated or enraged, he is docile and compliant with the Foundation staff's and MTF's demands. He is noted to be extremely intelligent. SCP-049 has extensive medical skill. Whenever presented with a corpse, he will perform a crude surgery on the corpse. Moments after the surgery is complete, the corpse will reanimate into SCP-049-1. 049 will become agitated and homicidal whenever it comes into contact with a subject that is deemed to have the 'Pestilence', he will approach the subject, and kill it with nothing but a single touch of his hand against the subject. Once deceased, he will perform a surgery on the corpse of the subject, and it will reanimate into SCP-049-2. SCP-049-2 is more of a puppet to 049, and will follow 049's command. 049 was found in France, and can speak many languages. Whenever he is going to kill someone with the Pestilence, he refers to the death as a "cure". |

How is the SCP maintained?:
| SCP-049 does not eat or drink, however he may request to do surgeries on corpses or individuals that he deems with the 'Pestilence'. This maintains him only a daily basis. SCP-049 can request to leave his cell, however he will be escorted and need to be handcuffed. |
How does this SCP breach? What are their procedures?:
| If SCP-049 comes into contact with an individual that has the Pestilence, he will immediately start tracking the individual and searching for the individual. He is immune to Fear RP. When 049 has neutralized the subject, he will leave it or either drag it to 035 to reanimate it using the mask. He will then attempt to escape the site, and go to either A. town or B. another populated area in the site. From here, he will 'cure' more. Wink, wink. |
How does this SCP be recontained?
| He can be recontained by several personnel ( 3 or more, i believe ) if one of his reanimations are not nearby. From here, 049 will be handcuffed, have gloves forcibly placed on him, and escorted back to his cell. |
Can this SCP be terminated? If yes, how so?
| Yes. It is somewhat difficult to terminate 049, as he has minor regenerative capabilities, but termination isn't possible. Through similar methods to how SCP's of his power have been terminated, he will be terminated the same way. |
