Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
I have spent a frankly ridiculous amount of time on this server, and I absolutely adore it and its community. (for the most part) and I'd like to help out in a way and this seems like the best way to do that.
I’ve been playing this server, since it’s release, joining the Discord Server around Jan of 2023, and I started enjoying the server almost immediately, albeit mostly due to scout gameplay, but also because of the people, who time after time gave me a chance, over and over again I would fuck up / minge about and people would still give me the time of day. But after a while of tripping over myself, I learned to treat this server a bit more seriously, and I had an absolute blast, interacting and for basically the first time, actually roleplaying with people. I cannot tell you how much fun I had playing with Zealot, but I would like to think that I made an impact with other people, and people for around the first time, didn’t think of me as just a minge, but as someone who had some decent roleplaying skills, and the will to do so. I have made so many mistakes at the start of my time in Zenith Project, I have broken nearly every rule in the rulebook, and I was best described as a minge in the early years, but I have, matured in a way, and slightly embarrassingly, partly because of this server and the people I interacted with and talked to. It’s no overexaggeration to say that this server has impacted me in a large way. And genuinely, truly I would like to do something to give back in a way, to all the people who I’ve laughed with, RP’d with, even minged with, just in a way to give back to the thousands and thousands of hours I’ve spent on this server.
Why should we accept you into the staff team?
I am incredibly familiar with both GMOD and the server rules at large, I am exceptionally active on this server, basically hopping on for 4+ hours nearly daily, and I would like to think I'm fairly unbiased.
What staffing experience do you currently have?

Rule-based Questions Section
Define RDM:
Random Death Match, aka killing someone without an RP reason.
Define Metagame:
Using OOC information icly / in game
Define NLR:
New Life Rule, gotta wait 2 minutes after death before leaving bunks and doing stuff icly, also forgetting information regarding your death.
Define FailRP:
Failure To RP, basically when someone is ignoring RP rules, and or is intentionally interrupting RP, otherwise known as minging.
Situation-based Questions Section
Well, they are a gensec trainee, so I would probably have a /little/ leeway for player Y, I would just check his previous warns, see if there is a behaivor of doing something like this, if not, quick verbal warns. If they do have a pattern of doing this, probably a warn. Just really depends on Player Y's background, how much time they have on the server, and what them warn / ban history looks like.
Okay well the Community Guidelines describes Racism / Bigotry as "Unaccapteable" so I assume the policy is just a Perma Ban. So I would do that / get an admin who can Perma ban to do that. If it's not a Perma ban, Check Their History, Time on The Server / Past Warns and make a judgement from there, likely it would in this scenario be a 2-3 month ban.

Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it.
