Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
I see stupid stuff happening on the server from time to time and I really enjoy the prospect of staffing, I don’t want to be just another player. I want to help make the community fair, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
The community is what draws me to this server time and time again. It's the stories that players create, the rp, and the events that make this server feel so real, I love the story that has been formed by the players as well as the Story board writer team. I've taken breaks from playing Garry's mod a few times over the years, but I always come back to this server because it feels like home, it's familiar. a lot of that has to do with the players and staff making this a great place.
I’ve been part of the community for a while, and I think it’s time for me to give something back, I have applied before but I was not the same person then as I am today. I want to help new players, I want to handle sits to make sure people can enjoy the server without drama or rule-breaking getting in the way.
I know that being staff means staying patient and professional in difficult situations, and I’m ready to put in that effort.
Why should we accept you into the staff team?
I am active, pleasant and an all round good guy, I don't see any reason I should be denied, and If I do not meet your expectations enough, inform me and I will resign the same day.

| Player “X” reports player “Y” for RDM, the logs show that player “Y” did kill player “X”, both players are GenSec trainees. Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do? Give a verbal and move on as without video proof I cant determine if it was RDM or an RP death |

| Player “A” reports player “B” for saying a racial slur, player “A” is uploading evidence, but it is taking a few moments. During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server. After receiving the video, you notice that player “B” in fact did say in it a greeting manor and not a confrontational manner. How would you handle this sit? Racial slurs are a no go, against server rules so I would escalate this to a mentor or senior staff member as I dont want to make mistakes |
