| UIU File: 1970-777 or known as Vinny "Velvet Paws" Niffarelli is an extremely intelligent rodent-like anomaly that is part of the Chicago Spirits and within the ranks of the Made Men. Vinny is known to be a thief, burglar, infiltrator, and trespasser that has an intense fixation on money and valuables. They can also trade information, stolen goods, favors, and so on for a price, but will resist any information regarding the Chicago Spirits. While he prefers to sneak around over a direct confrontation, they still try their best to scurry around to dangerous areas until they're cornered. If it has to fight for itself, they will call upon the CS to help them. |

Vinny avoids direct and confrontational crimes as best as they can, especially to Gruungier, unless ordered by the Don to do something that involves Gruungier. |
