In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):

267-A is a Sarkic Mimic with the ability to steal people skin and impersonate them. its sole goal is to break into the foundation and free its brother 267-B a Sarkic mimic Contained in the euclid sector. 267-A/B will only hunt only those who are alone and and their death will actually mean something and cause an issue in the faction base they are currently in and will repeatedly steal their skin so they aren't found out in order to release their brother and cause more havoc.

If they died in either foundation or ci base they have to wait 10 minutes before entering again and if its locked in a cc it can't break out for 20 minutes

267-A is always breached however 267-B can only breach if 267-A can breach its brother through stealing the skin of foundation personel and sneaking into the foundation to break it out
