In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
| SCP-267 consists of two separate entities (named -A and -B respectively) created by the Sarkic cult. Both are humanoid and possess the ability to steal the skin of their victims, taking on their appearance and identity. -A can be found on the surface, while -B is in the custody of the foundation. -B has the goal of escaping, either with help from -A, or by themselves. -A has the goal of helping -B escape foundation custody. When on the surface and not trying to break -B out, both have the goal of causing chaos and disarray in the name of the Sarkic cult, killing anyone whom killing would cause havoc and terror, as well as those who present a threat to it. Besides from murder, they can perform various vile deeds in the name of their masters and follow their orders without question. |

How does this SCP breach? What are their procedures?:
| SCP-267-B breaches after 40 minutes from when it wakes up, or if released by -A. If breached, they will kill anyone who presents a threat to it or anyone who would be impactful to kill. Both may only team with each other and sarkics. They may use weapons and keycards they obtain but only under the previous restrictions. SCP-267-B is allowed to breach 1 SCP. neither can change their name while mimicking, nor can they unmask themselves as Dreadnaught/Xi-8/TRT. If asked for an ID, -B may provide a fake by rolling a 50+ CHA. |
