In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
| SCP-1928 is an otherworldly entity of unknown origin who takes on the form of a vague humanoid with a shadow-like appearance, and due to it's affinity for detective/police media, dresses in the attire of noir detective. They act as an employee for the foundation under their current agreement, as it aids the foundation and allows SCP-1928 to indulge in their detective fantasy. They tap into their strange and perhaps vaguely eldritch power to help solve cases and assist the foundation on occasion. Overall he is friendly to most humans and by my guess is doing this whole arrangement with the foundation out of boredom. |

| This SCP does not breach in a traditional sense. but when out and about around the site it will seek to assist the foundation, especially in matters of investigation which they will seek out. The only place written that the foundation has the authority to request them to leave is any bunks. if SCP-1928 uses it's abilites to detect as scout or Sarkic. they may question/confront the scout once detected, and they may immediately point out a Sarkic once detected. |
