Why do you want to join the staff team? i was in the staff team before and i wanted to join again and i want to help the server further push the reliability, popularity and safety of the server again after i came back after my like year break i wanted to just join the staff team again and get well found in were i play i mainly play d-class and seeing of how most people who greif and just spam slurs and stuff from atlas and other servers just trying to take us down its very easy for people like me to comunicate to staff with staff perms again with the staff perms and other stuff ill be able to make sure people like that dont just go around and make the server feel like shit for everyone else and make it easier for everyone else but obviusly stuff slips through the cracks and thats why i wanted to join the staff team all that time ago to make the server better and better by the day with hopefully making everyones day alittle better then what it once was and just trying to make the community a better place in total but i just wanted to join the staff team again and try and make the server a little better then it was thats why i wanted to join the staff team
ive been on the server for quite some time now and i feel like joining the staff team and with my history and playstyle with playing d-class and other " new player " jobs like that but i mainly just wanted to get back into it

i used to be a JA i believe but im not sure but i know i was a TA at the minimum

Define RDM: random murder its when someone who has done nothing in the combat aspect and threat aspect
Define Metagame: when someone uses OOC ( out of character ) information IC ( in character ) theres also soft metagame and hard meta game
Define NLR: new life rule when some dies and respawn the forget all of the information rp wise gained during there previous life with NLR factor making it so you forget
Define FailRP: fail rp means that someone is refuzing to roleplay correctly and is making it so everyone is having a shity time

Situation-based Questions Section
| Player “X” reports player “Y” for RDM, the logs show that player “Y” did kill player “X”, both players are GenSec trainees. Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do? with the situation given to me i would discuss what the agument was about and go more in depth with the situation taking the information from both players seeing that player x made a nasty comment to player y its safe to say that wanted to take action againt player y but seeing that they made a nasty comment i would say to player y to think before they say something and watch them for the next couple of minutes after the ticket is closed |

| Player “A” reports player “B” for saying a racial slur, player “A” is uploading evidence, but it is taking a few moments. During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server. After receiving the video, you notice that player “B” in fact did say in it a greeting manor and not a confrontational manner. How would you handle this sit? with this ticket i would talk with both of the players and speak with b more seeing that they did indeed say the slur and see why and what reason they said it after that and got the evidence i would talk with them both and remind them that people saying slurs in very very frowned apon in the server but with this situation with them being new or older player i would give them a verbal warning and send them back with watching them making sure it dosnt happen again |
