Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
i want to join the staff team because i wanna change my mind in the server and make it a better place for everyone plus i just wanna help seeing admins deal with minges is so funny to me and i wanna make people laugh so because of this i wanted to join the staff team plus most of my Friends are mods in this server and i wanna join the fun and i just wanna be more cool you know but on a serious note i just wanna make a change for the better just today someone was banned cause they were saying the hard r over and over and i'm the type of guy that if that happened then i would do it very quick cause i like the server to be at its best always plus i just wanna be a moderator
and even if i don't make it in i really hope i can get it someday cause i know i can do it i just don know if ill be frowned upon for changing my ways cause i know a lot of people that love me for my angry actions and short temp on d-class cause i'm most known for being the d-class crash out teethe this is why i wanna join the staff team

Define RDM:
rdm is more focused on a random player/person killing one or another for no reason this would result in a report and put in a sit and possibly warned if to that high of level of rdm this cant be tolerated
Define Metagame:
meta-game is a weird concept so metagame is a concept were people take info there not supposed to have like meta-gaming chat for a example if a gen-sec types in the chat in foundation comms like a d-class cant see it but they read it off to themselves and use that info to there advantage
Define NLR:
NLR is a feature that people have when someone dies and they re-spawn and they must stay in there bunks for ____ amount of time- NLR means New Life Rule
Define FailRP:
failRP means that someone did something to break the immersion of the role play like a rat speak in full sentences or a SCP that cant speak speaks

Situation-based Questions Section
| Player “X” reports player “Y” for RDM, the logs show that player “Y” did kill player “X”, both players are GenSec trainees. Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do? if player X reports player Y for RDM i would ask to see any info on the altercation ( there is none in this case ) so i would see both players sides of the story if player X says that player Y killed him for no reason and player Y said that he did nothing to him it would most likely lead to a vurble warning due to the lack of evidence |

| Player “A” reports player “B” for saying a racial slur, player “A” is uploading evidence, but it is taking a few moments. During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server. After receiving the video, you notice that player “B” in fact did say in it a greeting manor and not a confrontational manner. How would you handle this sit? if player A reports player B for a racial term use then i would bring both on them into different sits and ask player A for any evidence and look over said evidence and if anything came up towards said remark then i would leave the current sit and return to player B sit and i would go over the evidence with another admin/staff member and would wait for what they whould have to say about said evidence and i would continue talking about the evidence with player B till he admits to the remarks being true if what he said did match up with the claim it would be a very big warn leading to constant over view of player b or it may lead to a ban or perma ban depending on how bad the remark was this is how i would deal with said situation |
