In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
| SCP-1048, also known as “Builder Bear” is a small toy teddy bear that while seemingly friendly is actually pure evil. Builder Bear will attempt to make other versions of itself using all sorts of materials such as metal, flesh, but most commonly has been seen using ears to make his 'friend'. Builder Bear will go around killing anyone in a small group, maximum of 2 people, to kill them and take their ears, once they have enough, they will methodically craft a duplicate of itself known as the Ear Bear, a copy in size and personality to Builder Bear, but has the ability to screech so loud those around him feel extreme pain in their eyes and ears. Ear Bear will follow any and all orders given to it by Builder Bear with both of these creatures combined being a formidable threat. |

| Is done by giving Builder Bear a walk with 2 or more-armed personnel with them or can be given a friend in their CC. Ear Bear does not get maintained, and instead should be terminated immediately |

| Builder Bear breaches after a certain amount of time stuck in their CC or when during their walk there is not 2 or more armed guards present where he can just escape where he will go around killing people and collecting ears to assemble his friend, known as the Ear Bear. Ear Bear is created after 1048 breaches, Ear Bear doesn't breach. |

| Builder Bear can either be picked up by 2 or more-armed personnel and brought back to his cell, but for Ear Bear immediate termination, no mercy, no other circumstances, kill em. |
