In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
| SCP-049 also known as "The Plague Doctor" is a humanoid entity resembling a Plague Doctor from 17th century Europe, a Plague Doctor being a physician who during the time would try and treat patients of the Bubonic Plague during the time. Found by the Foundation in Montauban, France, he was seen with several patients 'cured' of the Pestilence, where after the several instances of 049-2 were killed, the Plague Doctor willingly came into Foundation custody. Now residing at Site-66 SCP-049 has become accustomed with SCP-035, an anomalous mask that he occasionally helps escape and teams up with. The Doctors goals are simply to cure the world of the Pestilence and yet knowledge on what exactly the Pestilence is, is still unknown. |

| 049 is either given a patient in his cell to test for the Pestilence, and if they have it cure them, or they can go on a walk having the Kevlar gloves on during that time and being accompanied by 3 or more-armed personnel. |

| When SCP-049 breaches he cannot be FearRP'd until he cures his first patient, where afterwards he will go on to cure more, when he is in the presence of his zombies he cannot be FearRP'd until they are all dead. |

| SCP-049 can either be killed, or after all of their 049-2 instances are dead, he can be FearRP'd with 3 personnel aiming guns at him where he must put on Kevlar gloves and is escorted back to his cell. He must have 3 guns pointed at him at all times or else he can take the gloves off and escape. |
