Why do you want to join the EC team? (200 word minimum)
I want to join the EC team because storytelling and writing are some of my biggest interests, and I believe that becoming an Event Coordinator is currently my best option to put those interests into practice while contributing to a server I've spent much time on and enjoy. The roleplay that has always been the most exciting for me was always connected with participation in the events that involved players of all sorts of types, either global events such as the Australia one which took place in two different factions and across the globe, or closed events which had the potential to provide memorable experiences to those who attended them. Joining the team will definitely be beneficial in terms of improvement of my storytelling skills, but I would also like to apply the knowledge I gain while being a member of this group in order to provide others with an opportunity to enjoy the events I organize. What I really like about organizing roleplays is the opportunity to create various scenarios and interesting plots for others to interact with and take part in some unique activities. Each event does not necessarily have to be a huge operation in order to become memorable for its participants. I always liked the effort EC members made in order to organize events in the Zenith Project server and their creativity which contributed to the atmosphere that could be felt there, as well as their ability to incorporate feedback. With that in mind, I aim to structure my contributions around how players engage with events and how their feedback can shape future scenarios. I also wish to be able to assist with keeping the server active during quieter/less eventful periods through smaller or passive events when needed.
Why should we accept you in the EC team?
I believe I would be a good addition to the EC team because I am passionate about storytelling, willing to learn, and have always been interested in contributing to the server. I enjoy creating ideas, developing narratives, and thinking about ways to make roleplay more engaging for the people involved. While I may not be the most experienced writer or event host, I am always looking for ways to improve and expand my skills. I am also aware of my own track record on the server. I am aware that I have made mistakes in the past and there are things I could have handled better. Rather than ignoring those mistakes, I have tried to learn from them and use them as opportunities to improve. I believe that growth comes from recognizing where you have fallen short and actively working to do better, and that is something I have been making an effort to do.

What is the purpose of the EC Team?
It is my understanding, gathered in the last few years, that the EC team is to add a semblance of story and lore to the server and help retain players through memorable experiences.
If accepted into the EC team, do you have any event ideas that you would like to host?
Oh boy, do I. Besides the following one, I am more keen to develop PMC ideas, as anomaly rp, for example, the Box of Creation, are not ideal to me, although they open up RP to newer and less experienced players. But, essentially, the idea is to return Pyotr Retolarsky (those who know), a former ONWARD asset currently held by the Foundation, is reclaimed by ONWARD during a visit to the Foundation. MTF Kappa-5 is dispatched to retrieve him but fails, prompting Site-66 personnel to investigate ONWARD's activities and recover the asset. (self insert)
