Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
I want to join the staff team because I would like to get more active and involved which the community, I am already apart of the IS team but I feel as I'm not doing enough. I am very dedicated in what I do as well, if I get involved with something it is almost impossible for me to get out of it until it is finished. I'm also tired of seeing all of these minges walking around in zenith and just messing up the rp for others that are trying to enjoy the server. I have been told by a lot of my peers that I am very good and being dedicated and staying on task, thus some of my friends are in staff to and they say that they have a nice and fun time in this community. I just really enjoy this community and love getting my self involved with anything I can, if its helping the community then its that or if its playing games with people inside the community then it is that. I consider myself a open person and I will only close my self off if something personal had happened to me. I am always in a good great mood and have a smile on my face, some people have told me they can here me smiling threw the mic. This is why I would love to join the staff team.

I am a out going person and I am very committed in whatever I get my self in to.
What staffing experience do you currently have?
I have only staffed for big roblox games, but I have a lot of second hand experience from just playing the server in general

Define RDM:
RDM is when someone is going out of there way to kill people that are just roleplaying, EXAMPLE- Jimmy got mad that Johnny was able to take the SCP back to its CC, so Jimmy decided to gun down Johnny. Which would be considered RDM
Define Metagame:/
Meta game is when you take OOC to IC stuff for example, For example if someone were to join your secure comms but they were playing the opposite faction of you and they start using your comms to get a advantage then that would be Meta gaming
Define NLR:
NLR which is New Life Rule is a 2 minute timer that will appear on your screen whenever you have been killed, during these 2 minutes you cannot perform and RP actions or leave your bunks.
Define FailRP:
FailRP would be if you were to be capped by the foundation/Chaos and they stripped your weapons during this capture, if you break out of the cuffs and start shooting at them it would be FailRP because they had taken your weapons already.

Situation-based Questions Section
| Player “X” reports player “Y” for RDM, the logs show that player “Y” did kill player “X”, both players are GenSec trainees. Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do? I would first ask if there was any other witnesses that have seen this, if there was no witnesses I would proceed to give them both Verbal warnings. The reasoning for these would be player X for his Nasty remark towards Player Y, then for Player Y it would be for potential RDM. I would then explain what RDM is so they can avoid doing it next time, incase they are new to the server since they are just privates. |

| Player “A” reports player “B” for saying a racial slur, player “A” is uploading evidence, but it is taking a few moments. During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server. After receiving the video, you notice that player “B” in fact did say in it a greeting manor and not a confrontational manner. How would you handle this sit? I would ask player B to please not use those words while playing on the Zenith server, I would not give him any warning since he was not meaning it in a derogatory way and it was a honest mistake. If it were to happen again then I would punish him accordingly with a warning. |
