Brain waves and the speed and reflex increase

Test Idea: What if we could increase the speed a limb moves at or reflexs?
Hypothesis: That the test would end up succeeding and provide an advantage for people who have slow reflexes
Personnel / Equipment Involved: 1 surgeon, 2 gensec, wires, amplifiers, and a positive attitude
Results: After soldering the wires on the amplifiers I added electrodes to the end of each wire before conducting the surgery with a surgeon. The surgeon attached the cybernetic to the d classes nerves and the d class had the contraption at each of their arms. Once the d class had woken up I asked him to move his arm around and tell us how he felt. He said they it felt different, so I had a gensec throw a punch at the d class and make it unpredictable, the gensec faked a right hook into a left jab. In which the d class caught the punch with ease. After that I had the d class do a flurry of punches in which no noticeable difference was seen. The cybernetics were seen to provide a reflex increase and a slight movement increase.
