Memorandum for Records - October 16th, 2019
At approximately 0317 Hours this morning, Special Agent Mathew Wynn was exposed to hazardous information related to "Operation Contrition" previously thought to be censored by use of artificial intelligence. Exposure lasted between 0317 and 0322. At 0320, monitoring systems within Special Agent Wynn's office flagged questionable activity, and a team was dispatched to contain the situation. Special Agent Wynn was found seizing upon the floor, and was evacuated from the building by first responders before being airlifted to and quarantined within Camp Verde Lockup, Arizona.

This incident has highlighted a lack of reliability within our own computer systems, placing our own at risk. I hereby recommend immediate halts to be put in place upon all staff until proper measures can be taken, as assessed by experts in the field.

-Senior Special Agent Zachary Lewis, Group Supervisor, Task Force Odysseus

Memorandum for Records - November 5th, 2019
Two weeks of observation commenced, with on-site psychologists monitoring Special Agent Wynn for signs of Fifthist Personality Disorder (FPD). After this period of time, we have assessed Special Agent Wynn's further risks of developing symptoms to be statistically unlikely. Subject has shown a great amount of distress within his resting periods, but while awake, has been able to go about his daily routines without significant psychosis. These periods of discomfort whilst resting have been successfully reduced with atypical anti-psychotics, anti-depressants, and aerobatic exercise.

At this time, our team is confident in our decision to release Special Agent Wynn from our custody under the following conditions:
- Mandatory Monthly Reporting to our office, either done in-person or scheduled through online sessions
- Continued use of ATypical anti-psychotics, to reduce the risk of future episodes
- A continued routine of aerobic exercise

We understand that the nature of Special Agent Wynn's work decreases the amount of social contact he is expected to receive, and with this and our other findings in mind, we place his risk of episodic relapse within medium risk levels, and risk of chronic relapse within low risk levels, as outlined by Camp Verde Lockup's previous works upon Fifthist Personality Disorder (FPD).

- Supervisory Special Agent Mathew Klatz, Residential Agent in Charge, Camp Verde

[Biography]
Considered young for an archivist of the Anomalous Library of Congress (ALC), Special Agent Mathew Wynn was first transferred from the FBI's National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime (NCVAC) to the ALC when a memorandum from Special Agent in Charge Evan Hawking called for additional resources to be allocated to support of the ongoing 'Operation Contrition'. Following a selection process of 50 candidates, Special Agent Wynn was one of 15 selected to be made an offer for transfer, and one of 8 to accept. From 2018 until 2024, he has been traveling across the country, assisting various Task Forces within Mobile Command Centers.

He is the only child of his mother and second of his father, born into a family who had owned a library within his home town of Arlington. He pursued various degree paths, and holds three bachelors degrees at the time of writing. His colleagues have described him as "punctual" and "tact", even to a fault. He routinely is seen preferring or demanding outright perfection within organization. It is perhaps this that has accelerated his career, as he has often gone through rigorous troubles to take charge of his own work and provide it with "his touch".

On June 10th, 2024, the ALC representative assigned to the Twin Pines Field Office, a location marked as a possible location as a future Nexus-Point, was fired from his position by Deputy Director Flaker. Following this information being forwarded to the ALC, along with the dissatisfactory report of his disappearance, a replacement was searched for. Special Agent Wynn, having previously been earmarked for signs of Fifthist Personality Disorder (FPD), was determined to be fit for the role as to reduce his risk to further exposure.

But has he walked into something worse?
