Agent 'OGRE', as he is now known as, didn't end up as this horrifying mutant that he is today without cause. Rourke started off like any - skyrocketing through the ranks. There were whispers that he was soon to become ASAC. But those dreams, like the tale of Icarus, proved fatal. Following his Patriotism, Rourke enlisted in a program within the FBI. Illegal experimentation. It increased his mental fortitude and made him noticeably taller.
Now hideous, Agent 'OGRE' has abandoned his previous life. Now diving head-first into the UIU with other abominations that were also created by the Government (OGRE CELL). He has many successful missions under his belt within the Unit, being deployed in 'problem areas' to oversee rapid improvement. His superiors foresaw that Twin Pines needed desperate assistance - and sent him accordingly.
Now, Agent 'OGRE' fights an intense mental battle. The price to be paid for power and patriotism - now being seen as a freak, his relations suffered. Rourke now struggles through his day-to-day. Trying to see a better tommorow for himself, and for his comrades.
