Agent Breakthrough, otherwise known as Talea Lotwell, is a child that grew up with a relatively wealthy father. Her mother was absent, having been missing for reasons unknown. Assumed drug overdose? At the age of twenty three, after intense years of study and minor work, she began her career in the FBI and worked within the area of Boring, Oregon, prior to the Boring Agreement's solidification. After many additional years working for the UIU, she transferred to the TIU division in an attempt to further her career. She's not outstanding in her field, but she gets the job done.​
