SCP-Related Questions

Which SCP are you applying for?:
I am applying for SCP-049, the Plague Doctor. I have (frankly too much) prior experience with SCPRP as a genre, and I am very impressed with the server's friendly atmosphere, presentation, and player-enjoyment-first mindset that servers prior have sadly lacked. In aforementioned servers (Such as Parallax and a few of it's failed successors, I was very well known as "The SCP Main", prioritizing creating memorable character scenarios over "heehee murder" even with SCPs generally considered non-personable, such as 939, 076-2, and others which are not present on Zenith Project. From the looks of it, I'll fit right in here.

Being transparent, I will likely only be on the server infrequently as I have a busy college life to handle as well as other hobbies - While I don't want to make a server like this my priority entertainment like I used to in the past, it's something I can see myself having fun with once or twice a week.

I realize that my hour count might be a point of stress for this application, but I personally accept any one-strike policies or such - I view playing as the SCP a way to further character development not just for the SCP itself but as a tool to further the character development of human players around it as well.

In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
SCP-049, the Plague Doctor, is an entity claiming to originate from medieval century Europe with an invariably lethal touch to humans and other biological organisms, ceasing all biological functions in the blink of an eye. After cessation, SCP-049 operates on the corpse using numerous surgical and medical implements in an attempt to "resurrect" the patient, hereby referred to as SCP-049-2.

SCP-049-2 instances seem to be unwaveringly loyal to SCP-049 and are usually hostile to human beings, incapacitating them for further creation of SCP-049-2s. This is all done to "cure" an unknown disease that SCP-049 claims a majority of the human populace has, despite not identifying any symptoms, causes, or physical traits. Whether this is a unique form of anomalous pathogen or SCP-049 is simply delusional has yet to be determined.

What object class is this SCP?:
Euclid

How is the SCP maintained?:
SCP-049 is maintained by granting him a patient to operate on, assuming the patient is infected with the disease. Alternate forms of maintenance can be walks or other forms of human interaction.

How does this SCP breach? What are their procedures?:
SCP-049 must request for a patient, starting their timer. If the timer expires, SCP-049 breaches. For the first five minutes of the breach or until they cure their first patient (whichever comes first), SCP-049 is immune to FearRP.

How does this SCP be recontained?
For the first five minutes of it's breach, it simply cannot. (Based)
After that point, all instances of SCP-049-2 must be terminated or otherwise removed from SCP-049's presence. Then, three or more guns must be pointed at SCP-049 to induce FearRP. At this point, order it to don a special set of gloves and then escort it back to containment

Can this SCP be terminated? If yes, how so?
The rules do not mention anything about what happens when SCP-049 is harmed. I assume conventional firearms are enough to incapacitate and eventually terminate it, albeit with hightened tolerance to pain.

In order of true or false, state the following that applies to this SCP. Does it fear for its life? Can it open doors? Can it breach other SCPs? Can it enter D-Block?:
(Example, true, true, false, false)
True, True, Only SCP-035 (is it even on the server anymore?), True
