Patent: Major 'Despot'
Surgical Staff:

Pre-operative Presentation/Patient Status:
Patient presented with severe tissue damage in the form of scaring to the right arm distal to the elbow, and equal damage to the leg, distal to the knee. Initial observation revealed no signs of necrosis, nor infection at the surface level. Patient is alert and oriented x4, with moderate pain present in the damaged extremities.
Intraoperative Report:
Induction conducted by SGM 'Sin' with 250mg propofol, 70mcg fentanyl, 80mg succinylcholine via subclavian central line IV. Debridement of right arm tissue conducted by SGM 'Junkrat', with assists from SGM 'Nacht, and debridement of left leg by SGM 'Sin' (also with assist from SGM 'Nacht') conducted in preparation for full-thickness skin grafts. No complications during debridement, and both teams moved to the grafting, which was also completed without major incident. Both teams secured grafts via 4-0 polypropylene sutures and standard compression dressing.
Naloxone administered to counteract effects of fentanyl and post-operative care left to SGM 'Junkrat' to manage/delegate.
Post-Op Instructions:
5-day observation period of the operation sites, standard dosage of post-operative anti-biotics prescribed. If pain persists, suggest orally administered opiate painkillers (likely morphine) to be prescribed at a later date.
