Surgery Information:
Initial Injuries: Eyes are completely dead and gray, appeared to have been burned. Internal necrosis of the some of the musculature around the eye as well.
Surgery Summary: Removed left and right eyes, excised necrotic tissue, installed wireless receiver, installed cybernetic eyes to nerves and installed two cybernetic eyes. Calibrated and programed both left and right eyes (Hazel)
Surgery Conclusion: Removal went extremely smoothly, removing the necrotic tissue required assistance; damage to musculature was minimal. Internal wireless receivers, cybernetics attached to optic nerves had optimal connections. Steroids and antibiotics prescribed for recovery, prescription strength Tylenol for pain mitigation. Right eye took excessive calibration; had to be reset five times but eventually started working, left eye had to be reset twice before optimal results. Programmed both to be a natural hazel color and requested a follow-up for the next week.
Special Considerations: Member is IA, suggest weekly check-ups on calibrations to ensure they are not tampered with or hacked. Perhaps install some extra encryption layers and teach another IA how to run the software; I believe most of them are medically trained in the first place.
