Summary of the incident: Today I have received a tip off from NU-7 Operative Dexter Johns about a group that Regan has called Serpents Hand. Not sure of the entire incident but we now have pictures and video footage of this seemingly CI aligned Group of Interest. More follow ups to come with them now on our radar.

Result of the incident: New GOI identified and file started in our data base. Will keep close tabs on these guys along with Sarkic Cult.
