In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
| SCP-999, or also known as the "Tickle Monster" is a jelly like orange creature of the safe object classification. The Tickle Monster's appearance can be described as some sort of goopy mass that can change shapes and bend as it is very elastic, though it usually prefers to be a round little blop. Its orange in color. It has two beady eyes that sit at its front of its face when in its relaxed form. This SCP-999 is considered to be very docile, gentle, kind, friendly, and helpful. Though the Tickle Monster is always happy around everyone, it can take a major liking to people who seemed mentally distressed or unhappy. The creature will try its best to cheer unhappy personnel, that is by giving tickles or generally bringing a positive environment to the situation. It likes to hug and play around with all sorts of living things, including other SCP's, even the ones that are considered dangerous. Tickle Monster loves humans, and will always be around for their amusement and to bring joy to them. Its been documented that SCP-999's ability to induce feelings of happiness and euphoria come from its body, meaning that whoever comes in touch with the Tickle Monster will immediately appear to be happier and full of joy. Due to these findings, Tickle Monster can be used to calm down other dangerous anomalies, or help around with the containment of said anomalies, as well as personnel dealing with depression and mental health related issues. The Tickle Monster loves candy and sweets, its favorite being M&M’s and wafers. If SCP-999 eats candy, it will be even more full of joy. If the creature is bored, it will try to play with other SCP's or people around the site. Sometimes his affection can be overbearing, but it will never intentionally harm anyone, and will become ashamed/unhappy if it does harm. |

| Since SCP-999 is considered harmless, the creature is allowed to roam around the site freely if its not causing distractions. This SCP is sometimes used to contain other anomalies, as well as help around the site's personnel with its friendly abilities and tickles. |

| If SCP-999 is causing distractions or interrupting tasks around the site, it should be lured back to a temporary light containment zone CC. Since the creature loves candy, it will follow the sweets back to containment. |
