SCP-ZPC is a Wondertainment toy which somehow appeared in a Circus off the coast of TIU,SCP-ZPC is one of 3 clowns who have different powers, SCP-ZPC has a liking for magic and is able to cast magically spells to try and entertain the people around him, if no one is interested then he might try to enchant a person and bring them to the Circus, after getting a enchanted person to the Circus they will turn them into a "puppet" which are small creatures with big heads, there whole purpose is to annoy people.
