In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
SCP-529 also known called 'Josie' seems to be and act like a normal cat, but the weird thing about this cat is that it is just the front half of it, the back half of it is not there. Surprisingly this SCP is able to walk, eat and play like a normal cat like if it still had his back half. This SCP doesn't like CI at all, it is loyal to the Foundation and the only way CI could have this SCP is by force. Also this SCP really likes cheese even to the point that it will go angry if it doesn't get enough cheese.
