In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
The entire concept intrigues me. SCP-1931 is a scientist originally having been maintained/contained by GOC/Foundation forces, and was stolen by CI High command, thus it has a grueling hatred towards both factions so it cannot be weaponized/utilized by said forces. It's an incredibly intelligent scientist that prioritizes their research around furthering their mechanically/technological skills, especially whenever it comes to replacing flesh with tech (Their entire body being replaced with mechanical items with only their brain to operate it). I think it mainly prioritizes RP that fights against Foundation, helping with tech projects that CI may have, and doing surgery that includes cybernetics.
