| Lucy is owned by the Chaos Insurgency. She serves as a scout and shows unwavering loyalty to the Chaos Insurgency. Lucy shows slight sentience, reporting what it finds via video feed and will do anything to disrupt the Foundation. It, in short, is a pain in the ass. When in the Foundation, it follows all orders and is not seen as an SCP until the Foundation discovers it. Foundation could not care less to deal with it. Lucy appears as a normal, household cat. It is a calico in breed. It cannot harm anyone, but it can cause trouble. Lucy will kill however for cat nip (not canon this is a joke) |
