In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
SCP-1048 is an Anamalous Teddy Bear, which in itself appears less than lethal, but once the bear gets ahold of any material, that is when it becomes lethal. It can make copies of itself endlessly with enough material, each copy of itself fully hostile and dangerous to anyone and everyone around it, no matter what. SCP-1048 also comes with a knife, in which it uses to cut pieces off from people, mainly ears. Thankfully though, due to its small nature, it is easily held and containable, although personnel performing this procedure must be careful, lest 1048 gets control over its knife and manages to injure the guard carrying 1048. Despite the best efforts, the way that 1048 manages to get these knives in unknown.
