EC Based Questions
Why do you want to join the EC team? (200 word minimum)
I want to join the EC team because I want to give the factions something simple to do, it doesn't have to be anything crazy it could just be simple things to keep them occupied then rather having them not having anything to do on surface, or even in their base for that matter. Sometimes I have ideas that I think others would like, without them being ridiculous of course.
Being an SD I already have access to the staff hub, so I understand the gist of how things work for EC's (also for some reason I get the event channels). I want to be able to give people the chance to have fun RP instead of just doing combat nonstop since some people might have that experience. I am good with the Gmod tools and I think I could act my EC characters (if I am allowed to make one, I'd act through text chat .) pretty well, and give people interacting them good RP, or if they are an unkown GOI I could have them do combat with a faction.
Finally, beside from just focusing on events it could help me develop my character, since by making events I would learn more about how RP usually works.
Why should we accept you in the EC team?
I have experience with the Gmod tools, I think I have ideas for good events, although it doesn't seem like it I think I've done decent RP a few times, those times being with the demon Aamon, me and Eddie having to cook up a McDonald order for Lexington, robbing the bank at the block party for V, etc.
On a scale of 1-10, how well do you know the Gmod tools?
Im an SD so Id say about a 7.
What is the purpose of the EC Team?
EC's make and coordinate events for the community to enjoy, and also help with RP on the server.
If accepted into the EC team, do you have any event ideas that you would like to host?
I'd probably just do something tiny to give people something to do.
A power outage would be caused by an unknown force, whether it be the weather being freezing cold and damaging the Foundation Electric, or just the CI power generator going out due to prolonged use.
If I had to make something more large scale I'd probably make something simple where a plane carrying a plane crashes into twin pines, containing an anomalous mineral that can be utilized for supercharging whatever it touches, it could be a weapon or even a person, it would just detiorate itself eventually though, since its not stored correctly.
If I were able to use the event server, I'd do something basic for NTF where SCP-096 has breached somewhere in Europe, NTF will have to go through a ravaged town (where 096 previously was) and search the area for the anomaly, if possible (by addon) they will be equipped with scramble goggles (if not they can just do /rp). Once they find SCP-096 all they will have to do is put a bag over their head and RTB to their base in the server with the SCP, MTF from the site it breached will come and reclaim the SCP.
