Initial Injuries: Stabwounds to the back of the head and upper back. knife blade broken off against the skull.
Surgery Summary: The tip of the knife-blade was extracted from the skull and the wounds cleaned and stitched, no further action required.
Surgery Conclusion: Due to the nature of Oryx's cybernetics he was able to return to duty immediately.
