In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum): Fernand is a tall guy with big ole muscles. He believes himself to be in the mindset of being a leader of some kind, whether it would be Sherlock Holmes, or even the King of his kingdom within the SCP foundation. He happens to also be a cannibal. The mindset of Fernand is mostly up to the player at the time but they need to be some sort of leader, king, or someone in a place of being powerful much like Sherlock. At least that is to my understanding while reading the SCP files that the server has for me. He does get hungry and does eat humans whenever he deems it and kind of acts high and mighty and will definitely kill if he has to.

How is the SCP maintained?: He is maintained with a Dinner guest, bringing a D-class to Fernand’s CC and they have a small dinner party where the D-class either gets eaten or dies. Fernand can also be brought on a walk as well while a Dinner guest is being provided for Fernand.
How does this SCP breach? What are their procedures?: The SCP breaches normally, usually wandering around and under the impression that the Foundation is his kingdom so people accordingly have to act like Fernand’s Servants/knights or whomever he deems them at the time to survive.
How does this SCP be recontained?: Fernand can get recontained by providing a Dinner guest and bringing it to Fernand’s CC while Fernand walks with his knights/workers. Once the Dinner guest is brought, the Knights notify Fernand where Fernand goes back to his CC to dine with his guest.
Can this SCP be terminated? If yes, how so?: Just killing it. Shoot it enough times.
