Explain your RP App (300 Word Minimum if it’s for a character RP App; 150 Word Minimum if it’s for a non-character RP App - don’t use ChatGPT)?: I wanted my character to be a Rh-null blood type, followed by having a Cybernetic LEFT arm that was provided after the 682/Masquerade incident almost loosing my life to no extra blood bags of my blood type. I feel my blood type would assist the foundation in any endeavors for testing, medicine, anything that Rh-null can provide to the foundation would be useful/beneficial. Especially now that we had obtained a shipment of Rh-null blood from Serpents Hand. I am only allowed to donate blood 6 times a YEAR, I have currently only donated ONE (1) time this year (2025).
How will this RP App assist in your own Roleplay?: Currently there is a Shipment of my blood type from the Serpents hand (SW) - Rh-null and in order for me to technically have Rh-null blood (IC) I need this to be a real thing. Can't just make this up. So I intend on making this app to support the SW, and possibly find a solution to the deficiency of my rh-null blood bags for if we need them for whatever serious needs require them..
Do you intend to develop this roleplay long-term? What does that look like in your eyes?: I do intend to live this on, even after my character dies I hope that Rh-null would be utilized as a special blood type usable for rare medicines or such.
How will this RP affect others in Roleplay (If it doesn’t affect others, please note it here)?: Medical, in terms of learning about Rh-null and understanding the severity of loosing a lot of blood as a Rh-null patient as the person caring for the patient. Aside from medical, I do not believe it affects anyone unless they need or HAS Rh-null blood.
How will you handle obtaining OOC consent from other players before involving their characters in situations related to your roleplay?: I highly doubt or don't see any permission being needed unless they require transfusion from an Rh-null patient. Unless its SW I don't think there needs to be permission. If I had to use an example "// Do you consent to being tested with Rh-null we do not know if it works or not? It may have unexpecting reactions with your own blood. (Recovery for example : You loose your left arm limb due to necrosis of the blood reacting.)

What is defection? In what instance could you defect if you were approved for an RP app? Working for the foundation, but on the low, sending vital information regarding certain records, logs, anything to give the enemy of the foundation an upper hand while working FOR the foundation is exactly what treason is. Killing foundation personnel to escape detainment due to having been caught giving information and trying to escape? That's another way of defection.
Do you understand that others can refuse to engage in your character-specific RP if they are uncomfortable or otherwise refuse to be affected by your RP? Please explain why it is important to have the consent of others before doing any RP that could affect their characters: Yes
