Patchworks is a small, anomalous bear that is friendly in nature and can repair and replace organs, tissue, etc., with fabric replicas. Patchworks is friendly in nature, seemingly only working to improve people's lives. Even in Combat, SCP 2295 continues its work, healing anyone it can, it may focus on whatever faction it came with or is in custody with, but at the end of the day, it does its best to keep people alive. SCP 2295 is known mainly for its medical procedures, in which it assists medical staff and, in a few cases, takes lead in surgery for its patients.
