Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
So I joined this server because my best friend joined and said it was a good server to RP And play on, At first I didn't think much. But once I got to know the community and meet all of the amazing people within it, I was smitten. It's been a while since I found a place that truly feels like home when I play on it. And for that it has made me want to grow with and aid the community the best way I know how, being a staff member! I want to make sure the community stay's clean and popular so that I may continue to have unique and fun experiences on the server. Apart from that I also vastly enjoy the Logistical and Staff side of Gmod, Finding it to genuinely be fun to be staff and work behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly. Answering tickets in a quick and professional manner while also being fair is my main goal within the team. I want to be a symbol to other players of what Staff should be like, So that if they in the future wish to join the team. With that in mind I also can keep my head cool and not get lost in my emotions.
Why should we accept you into the staff team? I am a very logical person and do not let emotions get in the way. I can handle tickets while also staying completely Neutral in the situation.
What staffing experience do you currently have? I Was an Admin on a Halo RP Server called "Last Light"
Rule-based Questions Section
Define RDM:
"RDM" Otherwise known as "Random Death Match" Is when a player engages another in combat and kills them for no valid RP Reason. For Example a D-Class shanking another D-Class to death because "It'd be funny."
Define Metagame:
"Metagaming" Is when a player takes OOC "Out of Character" Information and uses it IC "In Character" For example if a D-Class says in OOC chat "Man this hallway in HCZ Is tight" And a bunch of Gensec "General Security" Went running for that hallway to capture him, It would be metagame and cause them to get in trouble.
Define NLR:
"NLR" Also known as "New Life Rule" only takes effect when you die. Once your character dies from anything such as an SCP or another player, you are to "Forget" most information about that life and wait in your bunks for 2 minutes, once that 2 minutes is up you may leave and resume play. Now "Most" Information you forget is stuff like, location of the person or thing that killed you. Information you should remember is stuff such as "Your name, age, and background, along with layout of the base that you are currently in."
Define FailRP:
"FailRP" is when somebody does something that goes completely against RP For example if a player were to Power Game (Performing an action without rolling or giving a player another chance to do anything) For example a D-Class snapping the neck of a guard without rolling for it, and then claiming he should be dead. That would be FailRP Another version of FailRP Would be to ignore FearRP.

Player “X” reports player “Y” for RDM, the logs show that player “Y” did kill player “X”, both players are GenSec trainees. Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do? |

Player “A” reports player “B” for saying a racial slur, player “A” is uploading evidence, but it is taking a few moments. During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server. After receiving the video, you notice that player “B” in fact did say in it a greeting manor and not a confrontational manner. How would you handle this sit? |
