Psychological Description: It is undetermined if his anxious and flighty behavior is a coping mechanism, or a facade, but Ghoul is able to "Lock In" at a moment's notice.
Disabilities: Encephalitis-like condition from previous overamnesticization, and concussive TBI
Skills/Attributes: Talented, not skilled, at surgery under pressure. Is very good at manipulation, though a deep personal sense of Altruism prevents this from being abused. Is knowledgeable about most common firearms and ammunition from 1910-20XX.
History: Montagne had an unremarkable childhood living just outside of town in Albion, Michigan. In his teenage years he had various hyperfixations and obsessions, from medical care, to guns, to astrophysics, so much so that he not only became acquainted with firearms, but also pursued college classes in First Aid and Theoretical Physics. After college, he tried out for medical school, and got fairly far before the debt became too much for him to stomach. As a young adult with such a diverse array of skills and qualifications, he was swiftly picked up by the Foundation, given a scholarship for any degree of his choosing, and a guaranteed job at the completion of at least a bachelor's degree. Once completed with his degree, he began his work at the foundation at the very young age of 23, and his service was also unremarkable until his first stationing at Site 14. You know the rest, as stated before.

Trophies: Ghoul won a Kayaking competition when he was 14, earning a silver trophy with a flag on it. Or so, he would have you believe. He actually got the trophy as a gift from his grandfather, because it looked cool.
Additional Comments: This is my first ever character! I hope a form like this will make people understand that I'm not one of the ones who comes on, fucks around and does goofy shit, then leaves. I am a goofball knucklehead, yes, but it's all a part of the long term plan; I don't intend on going anywhere!
