Staffing Related Section
Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
This server has been my favorite one for such a long time, and that is why I want to help the staff team. My only wish is to assist in making the server a kind and enjoyable place for everyone every single day. Problems like exploiters, cheaters, and hate speech will always be part of the environment, but I will be the one who will help to fight these problems and make them less discouraging for the affected players. I have been a member of Zenith for some time, and surely it is one of the top few servers I like, so being on the staff team is the least I can do to express my gratitude for the good times I've had there.
I have always been the kind of person who likes to help, no matter if it is by answering their questions or reporting a person misbehaving. Most of the time, I keep my calm and act fairly regardless of the situation. If I can make the situation easier or stop a problem before it gets worse, I will for sure choose that option.
I believe that being a staff member will provide me with the chance to increase my moderation skills and learn from other skilled moderators as well. My only wish is to make the server more friendly and inviting for all, whether he is a newcomer or a veteran player. I am almost always on the server and willing to be part of the game so I will try my best to be there when help is needed.
Why should we accept you into the staff team?
I have experience with moderation on Discord servers as well as Minecraft servers. So I am definitely not new to the whole Staffing thing. I have worked hard to keep the peace and saying what must be said, regardless of what some may think, as sometimes the truth must be said of how people really feel. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, and I am a person who truly wants the best for the server and thats Why I think I should be accepted, I am honest, and only want the best.
What staffing experience do you currently have?
As stated before I use to be a Staff member /owner of discord servers and been a Staff Member in a Minecraft server so I have some experience, I also use to run as a EC so I have GMoD experience and how the ticket system works.

Random Death Match, killing someone randomly for no purpose, IE; Civ Killing another Civ out of the blue
Define Metagame:
Using info your IC did not know of from external sources such as Discord, Forums, etc
Define NLR:
NLR, You are not allowed to return to place of death or in the server not able to respawn until the timer is up. So you stay in bunks until timer is up
Define FailRP:
Failure to commit to a RP action such as ignoring FearRP or a Roleplay on being tackled etc

| Player “X” reports player “Y” for RDM, the logs show that player “Y” did kill player “X”, both players are GenSec trainees. Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do? The logs only confirm that the kill happened, not why it happened, so I can’t assume intent or fault based only on that. I would try to get all the story i can but without evidence I'd give a warn for RDM to the Player Y |

| Player “A” reports player “B” for saying a racial slur, player “A” is uploading evidence, but it is taking a few moments. During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server. After receiving the video, you notice that player “B” in fact did say in it a greeting manor and not a confrontational manner. How would you handle this sit? It is never appropriate to use Racial Slurs no matter what context, unfortunetly the person who said the Slur Player B would be given the punishment which is stated.
