Test Idea: convince 049 to walk me through the surgical transformation process with medical assisting, I would operate on a D-class 049 would kill and then I would try to bring the D-class under 049s instructions from the other side of the glass in order to ensure safety and then to then see if it can be replicated and if so, who controls it and also if it can't, what may be the missing component.

Hypothesis: if no additional method besides the substances 049 uses is needed in the creation or 049-2s then I should be able to create a 049-2

Personnel / Equipment Involved:
4 guards 2 medical on standby 2d-class

Results: the process was near success however, during the last step, the substances had no effect.
