Hypothesis: Yes i Believe you can create a higher tier amnestic with 914
Personnel / Equipment Involved: 1x Medical Personnel 1x Class B 1x Class A 1x Class D
Results: It my Test Class A lost its properties and Class B remained the same so i believe you can't make Amnestics with 914
