History Outside the Foundation: Born without the ability to express emotions naturally, he learned very quickly to mimic them; Grew up in a Christian household; Graduated from John B. Alexander High School; No other documented history before fatally stabbing the Mayor of Mirando City and being sentenced to life in prison.
History Within the Foundation: After being selected for the Class-D Personnel Program, he refused to say much during any interview, and was in turn sent to Site-73. During a large riot, he escaped the facility and was recruited by the Chaos Insurgency.
History Within the Chaos Insurgency: After his first night, he was told that he was wearing a trash bag since he was given the wrong uniform. He was then promoted to PVT. Soon after, he lead the first raid he was a part of, and successfully extracted resources from the Foundation, being promoted to PFC after. The next day, he participated in a raid for supplies to build a hydraulic press as a medic. He defibrillated and patched up multiple people, killed a foundation member, captured and executed another, and helped extract SCP-427. After the raid, he was promoted to LCPL, soon being trained for Scout afterwards. During an intense defensive raid, 'D-2247' was the only person in medical gear (not including Alpha Command and Black Watch). After using 144 hemostats and 33 bandages, CI had successfully defended the Cell. For this, he was promoted to SGT and given the CI Guardian Medic Medal. He was trained for Medical Trainer soon after and given the code name 'D-2247'. The next day, he was trained for Heavy, Marksman, and Heavy Trainer. Over the course of the next week, leading multiple raids and holding many trainings for initiates and specializations, he was promoted to SSGT and later SFC. On the same day as becoming SFC, he was promoted to MSGT right after his surgery from injuries related to his own well placed IEDs during a raid. As Medical Advisor, he was made the newest Black Watch Operative, 'Arkyn's', physician. He's since developed his own custom vitamin supplements for himself, 'Arkyn', Dr. Patters Peters, and for general use. After a test of his loyalty involving following the orders of Black Watch and Bravo to execute another CI using a gun he didn't know was loaded in blanks, he was invited into Raven Squad. After a lot of hard work with engaging and leading enlisted and NCOs, he was promoted to 2LT, and placed among the Bravo Command. Shortly after, he was promoted to CPT for exceptional work. After former CI Commander 'All-Father' was decommissioned after a semi-unsuccessful assassination attempt, a new Commander was brought on, at the time MAJ 'Surtr' was brought up to Colonel, and 'D-2247' was brought into Alpha Command as a Major. Once 'Falseti' was brought into Alpha Command as a Major, 'D-2247' was made LTCOL. Shortly after, a friend close to 'D-2247', CI Second Lieutenant 'Dove' was killed by Sarkics. 'D-2247' when in a deep infiltration as Head of Janitorial Josh Holland. He was eventually discovered and executed.
