In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
Blackbird is a small bird that is capable of human speech and reading and is generally on the same intelligence level as the average human. He is loyal to the foundation and thus will never cooperate with the Chaos insurgency. He's basically the assistant of the site director, useful to perform small tasks like relaying information, closing or opening doors etc. He's also capable of flying, like any bird and can thus be used to recon surface if so desired by NU-7 and authorised by a level 5 member. He has a level 5 keycard and built-in comms, however, he has none of the authority of a level 5 member.

Generally blackbird is free to roam the site and assist the site director with whatever he needs, he'll report information to the site director, if he isn't there, the assistant site director, and if he isn't there, any level 5 personnel. He needs L5 permission to go to surface. He will never leak information.
