076-2 Mental Test

Test Idea: Does Able have a type of Autism (Adhd)
Hypothesis: Yes because stimulants don't work
Personnel / Equipment Involved: Able, Dr. Tata Leilos
Results: Answered questions normally and from what I can conclude he does not have a mental deficiency.

My last test I had conducted was if Caffeine effected Able, the only other hindrance was a mental deficiency so it must be blood or a immunity.
