Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
cause i am similar experience on being a admin and i see lot of admin dont respond to tickets i mean no disrespect to the admin but yeah and also i will would to join cause i know how being a admin works and i will provide as much help as needed and i will respond as many tickets as possible and but also as admin i will not pull myself to my limit and struggle while being a admin. And i look forward into me being a admin and to help the rest of the community while it last and i will make sure the server it going smoothly and not getting ruining by mining players and before i feel like i deserve to get a chance to be able to be a admin on this nice and friendly server. I am confident that my dedication, positive attitude, and eagerness to help will make me a great addition to the staff team and i will make my stay here worth it. i feel confident that my skills and passion for, moderation, event planning] would make me a valuable asset to your team.

| Player “X” reports player “Y” for RDM, the logs show that player “Y” did kill player “X”, both players are GenSec trainees. Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do? give me both of them verbal's warnings or a note and tell them to just stay away from eachother to avoid trouble for a little bit and tell player x to clip it next time and also player y if anything else happens between the two of them. |

| Player “A” reports player “B” for saying a racial slur, player “A” is uploading evidence, but it is taking a few moments. During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server. After receiving the video, you notice that player “B” in fact did say in it a greeting manor and not a confrontational manner. How would you handle this sit? i Would tell player B that you said it not in mean way just like talking to someone but you did in fact say a racial slur and we as server we dont really allow that type of stuff and so i will just give me a verbal warning since you have no warns and bans so next time pls watch what you say and pls dont let me catch you saying is again and have a good day and or afternoon. |
