Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
One of the key reasons I am eager to join your staff team is my desire to take on greater responsibilities within the server community. I am enthusiastic about stepping into a role where I can contribute in various ways, whether by covering for other staff members when needed, or by being readily available to welcome and guide new players with thorough introductions to the server. I understand that first impressions are crucial, and ensuring that new players feel welcomed and informed is key to fostering a positive environment.
Moreover, I strongly believe that it is essential for individuals in such roles to possess a high level of patience and empathy. These qualities contribute significantly to creating a seamless, enjoyable experience for all players. I consider myself to be someone with a calm demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, which enable me to handle challenging situations effectively. I am adept at defusing tense interactions and finding constructive solutions, which can greatly benefit the server's atmosphere.
Additionally, I am interested in learning more about the inner workings of both the front-end and back-end aspects of server management. I believe that gaining insight into what makes an effective staff member will not only enhance my own abilities but also deepen my understanding of game mechanics and how all the elements work in harmony to make Zenith an exceptional server.

Player “X” reports player “Y” for RDM, the logs show that player “Y” did kill player “X”, both players are GenSec trainees. Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do? |

Player “A” reports player “B” for saying a racial slur, player “A” is uploading evidence, but it is taking a few moments. During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server.
