In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
SCP 1947, aka the Little Roswellian is an alien creature from an unknown place, it was seen crashed landed in the Twin Pines town where it was intercepted by all the factions including the foundation, TIU, and CI. It follows the same orders as Mike as well as Blackbird only really following authorities figures bearing uniforms similar to police, preferably TIU outfits. He follows basic orders given to him by authorities figures and if he follows the same rules as mike, he can give a little glorpshit sass to the authorities figures, but still carries out orders. He carries a desert eagle, and a taser.
