| SCP-993-ZP1 "The Puppets" are little puppets that have big heads. SCP-993-ZP1 is an anomaly that mainly loves to cause mayhem in any way it can; it does this by turning off the lights, turning on Tesla gates, turning on lockdowns, disrupting people while they are working on a surgery, yelling, stabbing, and also going into D-Block and helping the Class-Ds cause mayhem. SCP-993-ZP1 is able to teleport, although they can only do it when no one is watching them; they are able to cloak. SCP-993-ZP1 has only been seen speaking using a squeaky voice, and they have only been seen killing people if they are harmed by them or if they are trapped. |

| The SCP is already breached as soon as they spawn. The procedures for this SCP are that they can't kill without reason, they can cloak for any reason, they can only teleport when no one is watching them, they have to speak in a squeaky voice, they are meant to cause mayhem, they can turn off the lights every 10 mins (they have to advert when doing so), they can't turn on lockdown during a raid (only Tesla gates), they can enter D-Block although they can't kill the Class-Ds; they should instead use them to cause mayhem in the foundation, and they can't breach any SCPs. |
