In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
SCP-267 A is a Humanoid creature with not much of a known form. They have the ability to kill somebody and steal their skin, mimicking them and their appearance. Their Main goal is to retrieve their Brother, SCP-267 B out of Containment from the CI or the Foundation. SCP-267 B Has similar abilities to SCP-267 A but has a much less Humanoid Appearance. SCP-267 A's main goal is to cause as much chaos as possible. It's Criteria for killing someone is if they have a High Importance such as a Leader or High Rank, or are trying to Threaten SCP-267 A'S Life. They're currently not contained because of this. They are able to use keycards and Weapons gathered, but may only use said weapons whenever someone Threatens their life. They can show a Fake ID But most roll above a 50 For it to be believable for the person asking for it.

They must wait for 10 Minutes after Dying in CI Base to Reenter it, and must wait 20 Minutes before Breaching when Contained.

They Breach After 20 Minutes When Contained, but is usually just Uncontained. They must have the name of the person they mimicked from, and can only kill people who Threaten Their Life, or are of High Importance and are alone with them.
