In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
The plague doctor can revive people into “zombies” by doing surgery on them. He also views himself as having the ability to do a “cure” and that certain people have the pestilence. The cure is the Plague doctor turning people into zombies to “cure” them. His touch is deadly. The doctor can also speak English which allows for communication to personnel. He also wears a plague mask and has a black robe. He also can wear gloves to make his touch not deadly. He likes to do surgery in general to learn more about being a doctor. He also walks on two feet and may appear pretty humanoid, compared to some of the other scps such as 682.

The plague doctor can be breached if attacked, has improper containment, or if they don’t get their request(s) of a patient(s). The procedure is that he may try to go for a zombie, and also that he is immune to FearRP until the first zombie created (and also if there are zombies near him, they have to be terminated first). He can kill via touch (so long as the doctor doesn't have gloves on) and he also can turn off lights but must advert when doing that.

| Under FearRP as long as there is 3 people pointing a weapon on him, and no zombies that are within his vision, and he is immune to FearRP unless there is a zombie created. If I’m not mistaken he can also be terminated via BULLET. |
